Explanation of the conversion:

History: Johanna Cargill was among the super powered mutants recruited by Apocalypse in his Alliance of Evil, where she went by the battle name Frenzy. Along side her partners Stinger, Timeshadow and Tower she became addicted to the powers of the mutant Michael Nowlan, who could increase the powers of any mutant.

After Tower failed to kidnap the mutant Artie Maddicks Frenzy met with him to threaten him. When the mutant Rusty Collins ran away from X-Factor headquarters she attempted to recruit him. When he refused she tried to muscle him into coming, luckily Artie used his telepathic powers to warn X-Factor about Frenzy and they attacked Frenzy in the guise of the X-Terminators, saving Rusty. Frenzy realized they were too powerful to handle on her own and toppled a building to cover her escape. At the time Frenzy was unaware that the mutant hunting X-Factor and the mutant team the X-Terminators were the same (X-Factor #4).

In southern California the Alliance of Evil were unable to stop the escape of Michael Nowlan. The Alliance was able to find Suzy Lowlan, Michael's wife, in San Francisco. The Alliance then tracked down Nowlan, who was with the X-Terminators and used Suzy to force him to increase their powers as they fought the X-Terminators. The Alliance knocked out all the members of the X-Terminators and took Michael back to Apocalypse (X-Factor #5).

Once the Alliance had Michael Nowlan, Apocalypse had him placed in a machine that would allow him to use Michael to enhance the powers of any mutant Apocalypse choose. The X-Terminators then followed them and defeated the Alliance in combat. Michael was killed, X-Factor escaped and the Alliance were taken by local authorities (X-Factor #6).

Along side the Alliance of Evil Frenzy protested the Mutant Registration Act in New York. They confronted X-Factor members Marvel Girl, Iceman, Beast and Cyclops as well as their trainees Skids, Boom Boom, Artie Maddicks, Leech, Rictor and Rusty Collins. The Alliance offered to let Rusty join them but he refused. The Alliance was defeated and Freedom Force members Blob, Mystique and the Crimson Commando arrived to take them away (X-Factor #33).

Eventually they escaped custody. Alongside Tower and Stinger Frenzy was hired as muscle by Harness in her attempt to gather the energies of the deceased mutant Proteus. They fought Artie Maddicks, Leech and Wiz Kid at Saint Simons Academy. Then she fought the newly formed X-Force at Niagara Falls. She was defeated in combat by Thunderbird II (New Mutants Annual #7).

Frenzy was taken to a prison in Quebec. She was freed by X-Force who promised to get her to safety if she told who employed her. She told them about Harness and Piecemeal and how they worked for A.I.M. Cable then double crossed and literally dropped her back into prison (New Warriors Annual #1).

After leaving the Alliance she joined up briefly in the Femizons put together by Superia and fought Captain America and Paladin (Captain America #389-390).

Cargill Frenzy then joined up with the Acolytes of Magneto under the name Cargill. She and a group of Acolytes attacked the Mother of the Sacred Heart school in search on a young mutant, as well as kill young humans. The Acolyte Eric Kleinstock was killed in the fight. They were opposed by the X-Men Phoenix IV, Gambit, Bishop and Storm. Gambit seemed to know Cargill and defeated her in combat. When the Acolytes discovered the mutant had Down's Syndrome they decided to leave him (Uncanny X-Men #298).

Cargill was among the Acoyltes when they kidnapped Moira MacTaggart in at attempt to force her to tell them what genetic alterations she had made to Magneto. When the X-Men attempted to rescue Moira Cargill was defeatedin combat by Iceman (Uncanny X-Men #300).

Cargill was among the Acolytes who attacked their former leader Fabian Cortez when they learned he had tried to kill Magneto. The Acolytes were then lean by Exodus to learn Magneto was alive, and joined him on his orbiting base Avalon (Uncanny X-Men #304).

Cargil was present on Avalon as it was attacked by the X-Men. Magneto tore the adamanium from the bones of Wolverine and Professor Xavier psionically shut down Magneto's mind (X-Men #25).

Cargill was among number of Acolytes who teamed up with Cable to stop Omega Red from destroying the world (Cable #10-11).

Cargill was present in Avalon at the trial of Neophyte (Uncanny X-Men #315).

Cargill was among the Acolytes when a strange object came into their path (X-Men: Prime).

Cargill was among the Acolytes when they discovered the object contained a powerful mutant Holocaust, who then killed Milan and Rusty Collins (X-Men #42).

Holocaust destroys Avalon. Cyclops helps most of the surviving Acolytes escape, and leads them to safety once they reach Earth (X-Men #43-44).

Cargill is amont the Acolytes when they try to recruit Colossus again (Excalibur #106)

Cargill and the Acolytes, with an army of Genoshan mutates, defeat the High Evolutionary's knights and take his fortress (Quicksilver #1).

Thena and White Tiger battle some Acolytes. Not sure which Acolytes were there (Heroes for Hire #8-9).

Cargill and the Acolytes try to kill the Apes for Hire, but Quicksilver stops them (Quicksilver #11).

Acolytes fight the Knights of Wundagore! Exodus confronts the Man-Beast! Then everyone teams up to thrash Quicksilver and the Heroes for Hire (Heroes For Hire #16).

The Acolytes fought the Heroes for Hire again while a powered-up Quicksilver fought Exodus (Quicksilver #12).

Everyone vs. the High Evolutionary. I seem to recall that Cargill was among the few Acolytes who stuck around for this fight (Heroes For Hire '98).

Magneto gathers the Acolytes (X-Men: Magneto War #1).

The Acolytes keep the X-Men occupied with their terrorist antics to keep them away from Magneto. Neophyte and Cargill beat up some X-Men. Nightcrawler, Rogue and Gambit, I think (Uncanny X-Men #366)

Cargill was present among the Acolytes during the so-called Magneto War when they were approached by Professor Xaver in his astral form (X-Men #86).

Professor Xavier mentally compelled Cargill and the Acolytes to attack the X-Men, who defeat them and steal their ship (Uncanny X-Men #367).

The Acolytes battled the Magistrates in Genosha (X-Force #94).

Magneto and the Acolytes suffered the loss of their powers, along with all other mutants, due to the High Evolutionary's machines (Uncanny X-Men #379/X-Men #99/Uncanny X-Men #380).

Magneto and his forces face renegade Acolytes, a conspiracy against them, and the Avengers. Cargill beats up She-Hulk (Magneto: Dark Seduction #1-4).

Gambit #19 or was it #20? The one after last year's annual, but was out before it, anyway. - How/when Cargill met Gambit before (as mentioned in Uncanny X-Men #398) is revealed.

After Magneto took over the nation of Genosha Cargill was appointed ambassador to the United Nations from that country. She gave a speech before the United Nations. She demanded all countires submit to Magneto's will and that ''Magneto is not without the capacity for compassion. Any country that willingly accepts his rule as just and rightful will be allowed limited autonomy - to the extent that is does not interfeat with his vision for the futures of both races. Of course all these terms are non-negotiable.'' She then went into private session with Washington D.C. lawmakers (X-Men #111).

She then joined the Acolytes of Magneto calling herself Cargill. When Magneto took over the island nation of Genosha she was made Ambasador to the United States from that country. She was captured by he U.S. government, but then freed by Phoenix IV, who was formerly her old foe Marvel Girl. She accepted Phoenix IV's offer to join her new X-Men alongside Northstar and others (Uncanny X-Men #392).

Powers: Cargill has enhanced physical strength speed, stamina, durability and reflexes. She can lift at least 10 tons and can run 60 mph. She is resistant to most conventional injury.
