Explanation of the conversion:

History: Almost nothing is known of the early history of the man called Jumpstart. It is known that in 1975 he was involved in an automobile accident and nearly killed. He came to the attention of the sorcerer Saker, who observed he had potential for superhuman powers and took him to Nacht Island where he performed medical experiments. Saker realized that although the man did have the potential for superhuman powers, he was too diffifult to control and placed him in suspended animation for later use where he stayed until the U.S. government took the island in 1984 (recounted in Elementals II #26).

Elementals II #16 He was recruited into Strikeforce America alongside Commander Chaos, Kid Chaos, The Haunting, Skyscraper, Doctor Thunder and Microman (Elementals II #16).

When the threat of the Oblivion Planet to all Earth's superhumans was discovered by Monolith, he recruited Thor to aid him in collecting all Earths superhumans in Asgard for the Congress of the Supernature (Elementals II #20).

Powers: Like all member of the supernature Jumpstart is immortal. He does not age and he heals quickly from any damage, although massive physical damage can kill him. Jumpstart has superhuman leaping ability as well as the ability to generate electricity from his body. He cannot employ his electrical powers over a distance, and must touch a target to electrocute him. Like all members of the supernature he has a supernatural aura which makes the living uneasy around him.

He has a costume made of ectoplasm which protects him and can be called to him at will.
